Bruised leg
I injured my leg 7 days ago. Got a giant bruise all over my shin. It also has a harder bump at the spot where my leg was hit. The bruise is fading and turning yellow. There was swelling at first but now it's almost gone. Yesterday I noticed that there are multiple small "bruises" that appeared around my ankle, under the initial big one. The small bruises are painless, but they are dark and look weird. My whole ankle got a subtle red spot around it

Apply freeze unsalted butter over the place...Keep that place moist with butter always. This reduces the pain and inflammation. May be in 2 or  3 days.
