  3. Bruise like spots under eye. Went away!

Bruise like spots under eye
About 2 weeks ago i had the spots pop up under my eyes they look almost like bruises under the eye but close to where my nose and sinuses are at my dr put me on claritin and said it was my allergies but the spots havent went away
