Brownish red bleeding

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Ive been taking 20 mgs of fluoxetin for about a week and a half almost two weeks i forgot to take them so i doubled up , could me taking 40mgs cause me to start to bleed vaginaly for a day or so ?
