  4. Brown spotting. 27th which was negitive!

My last period date was on 22nd jan than on 28th feb i was having brown spotting for 4 days and no pad required on wiping brown blood stains occour for 4 days from yesterday my stomach is paining like in periods and i feel viginal wetness, fetigue and nausea i taken pregnency test on 27th which was negitive
