Hi, i have been having brown discharge during the fertile period of the month(either befor we ovulation, sometimes during and few times after)this never used to happen earlier, started after my miscarriage last aug'20(bleeding in 42 days-early miscarriage) Also periods were a little late(34 days, 31days). I have noticed that the brown discharge is not there from past two months when food n sleep was regular on time.periods were also regular. This month there is work stress, covid anxiety, irregular exercise due to long working hours and lockdown.so again the brown discharge was visible. Also when tried intercourse ,there was no lubrication at all. Getting worried as we have been trying for a child for quite sometime now. Kindly help with a solution.

Brown discharge occasionally is normal in a cycle.
Stress is the only additional factor in your case.you have to try relaxing exercise, meditation,to lower Ur stress levels and there will be no issue then.
