Brown discharge and abdominal pain

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I had an unprotected sex and i took unwanted 72 within 72 hrs and after 3 days my periods came n which last for only 1.5 days n now its been almost two weeks and i am feeling abdominal pain and brown discharge .i checked with prega kit n result of preganancy was negative so pleas tell me the reason maam.
