Brown bleeding happened today and cramps

My wife had brown and red bleeding today ,and had abdominal cramp and had cramps in lower back as well .Just wanted to ask that hope there is nothing to worry about ..I am really scared as my wife is now 6 weeks pregnant .Please suggest
