I had my period on 17th feb and on 22nd feb i had unwanted 72 pill. On 2nd march I experienced brown bleeding and lower abdomen pain. What could be the reason?

You are hvng spotting due to the effect of pill. However emergency contraception pills have a failure rate of upto 10percent. So if u become overdue by more than a week do a urine pregnancy test to confirm
