Broke out in hives for the last week

I went to the doctor for a double ear infection I've been dealing with the ear infection for about two weeks now the doctor prescribed me keflex but after 24hours I started breaking out in hives it never came to mind that I had an allergic reaction because I have been prescribed this medication before I stopped taking it after the 3rd day I'm currently pregnant so there isn't much they can perscibe me I'm allergic to it seems everything they prescribe me predision I took 3 pills but I'm super te
