Brisk walking during pregnancy
I used to walk fast before my pregnancy, now I am 4 months pregnant but still I walk fast due to habit. Is it harmful?

Walking is good As long as you don’t strain yourself and gasp for air while walking fast , its ok Make sure to confirm with your obgyn that you dont have any conditions requiring bed rest
