Brisk walking
Daily i go for brisk walking excluding weekends for 1.5 km. On Thursdays, i go additionally for 1.5 km extra totally on Thursday 3km to go for temple .. I am doing this for nearly 4 months.. am I over exerting and will this negatively affect my heart? Or should I discontinue this on thursday.please advice
