Doctor my baby is 2 years 3 months old he weighs 19 kg . Doctor has prescribed these tonics because he has deficiency of iron and calcium I have attached the prescription . But jab se me ye medicines vidhaan ko de rhi hu tb se vo bright yellow urine pass kr rha h or potty bhi black si kr rha hai thodi aisa kyu ho rha h is it normal me daily ye tino tonics 5 ml deti hu baby ko

Vitneurin can be the reason for dark yellow urine Raricap L can cause black tongue, black stool and constipation Don't give this all multivitamins if not required also dosage has to be adjusted according to weight. Not to give iron and calcium together. Iron before meals and calcium after 30 minutes of meal
