Breathproblem after taking antihistmines
I am having breathing issue my nose is always closed i do mouth breathing always but doctor always gives me antihistamines it makes me uncofortable and i cant breathe fully its like dry breathing and not breathing fully .i dont know what to do .i am having sinustis and DNS also.

Due to prevalence of dns and sinusitis a common allergy can be a more problem causing one I do understand ur concern .considering your age I will give u a option of surgery if absolutely needed wich can help u a lot till rest of ur life
