Breathlessness
I’m 41 yrs old male having tightness in chest and breathlessness mostly when I walk a little distance or even climb stairs and when I eat a little more than I do for this I’m using formonide 200 like SOS as and when required. Some times i use it everyday for a week or two and sometimes I don’t use it for weeks. Is this okay. Please advise
