Breathlessness
I have breathlessness for last 6 month ..My IgE level 315..my doctor prescribe me rotahaler , Allegra ,montelukast,and acebrophyllin..But doesn't gave me full relieve..So plz tell what should I do..My PFT is normal ..And no cough, wheezing present..I am mbbs student

You have raised ige with asthma. Drugs will only help to to an extent.  In asthma pft can be normal between attacks. Kindly get allergic skin test done. Try identifying your triggers. Yoga also helps and monitor your ige levels after doing all of the above.
