Breathlessness Belching Chest tightness
I am feeling breathlessness and restless since one month. Sometimes heaviness in chest. Fatigue, dizziness. Persistent belching burping. Lightheadness. Affecting my normal life. Taking since 1 month PPI(proton pump inhibitor), no relief. Seems lump in throat. Please suggest what to do.

As you say it seems lump in throat ... i will suggest you to go for upper GI endoscopy first.

These are gastrointestinal symptoms not heart related. Consult a gastroenterologist and get an upper GI scopy done
