Breathlessness and throat irritation
I am living in ghaziabad and here AQI level is 500+ during oct to feb … and from past 2-3 years I was facing chest congestion and breathlessness during this season but very occasionally but this year I am having chest congestion and throat irritation and breathlessness almost every morning and when I take montek lc it got me relief

I think you have both allergic rhinitis and asthma. Treating both is mandatory to cure you. Only antiallergic like MontekLC may sonetimes dry up the secretions and congestion may increase
