Hi. 1st of all you should try to quit smoking. Your troubles are due to smoking most likely. I would like to know what kind on pain is it. Sharp pain or mild? Pain for long duration or only for short periods? Take Allegra-M 1 ta. Daily for 5 days once at night. If pain is sever then take 1 tab Zerodol-SP whenever required. Are you also having coughing? If so then antibiotic course needs to be started. Most likely you are facing allegric bronchitis.
Next Steps
reduce smoking to as minimum as possible
