Breathing problem with slight chest pain

Asked for Male, 65 Years

My father had stent inserted one year ago, his diabetes is not under control and above 250. Hence sugar medicine dosage was increased. From that time he is having breathing problem and slight chest pain. What could be the reason for his breathing problem and chest pain Thank you
