I am 70 years old, Male. I am a heart patient. About 6 years back open heart surgery has been done for me. For the past few days I am suffering from breathing problem. Shortness of breathing/no deep breathing. I am also suffering from kidney problem. My blood Creatinine 4.1 mg/dl. I have consulted with the doctor. Pro BNP test was taken. The Result value 19,200 pg/ml as against reference value of 0-125. What I have to do

You are definitely in "fluid overload" that is accumulation of excessive fluid in body a part of being in lungs. You need to restrict your fluid intake to a maximum of 500—1000ml/day and consult your cardiologist and nephrologist both. You might require admission in the hospital ± dialysis. Also consult a chest physician to rule out any lung problem
