What are other symptoms like cold or cough. Is there my pain. 1. Do saline gargles daily. 2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. 3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of AC. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, When there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected. 4. Drink Hot Liquids --Hot liquids relieve nasal congestion, prevent dehydration, and soothe the uncomfortably inflamed membranes that line your nose and throat. Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results and gives relief in long term Consult online with details

Hello Sir, Need some more details, like since when she's facing such issues, her daily routine, allergies (if any), dietary habits, are there any other complaints associated with this(headache, nausea, constipation, gases) etc. However, you can try this ayurvedic medicine which is highly recommended in diseases related to the respiratory system. * श्वासकुठार रस - 1 tab twice a day after meals. * गंधर्व हरितकी चूर्ण - 1/2-1 teaspoon after dinner, If she's having constipation or gases. * Steam inhalation helps a lot in such cases. You can also add 2-3 drops of eucalyptus oil in the water. * Ask her to do some breathing exercises. *** Avoid bakery products and sour food like, curd, pickle etc. Wishing your wife a speedy recovery...!
