When I am sleeping, I snore,I don't know why,because I am not fat and 5,8 height and 65 kg weight my friends are scolding me for snoring, I don't what to do

hey, it can be due to cold , short neck, improper position while sleeping, sleep to one side , do pranayama you feel free to respire
