It looks like bronchopneumonia or bronchiolitis. You could have sent the picture of x ray also. He seems to have very fast breathing. It will take time to get better. He may need antibiotics based on blood reports. Recovery may take 3 days to a a week if everything goes well. Oxygen or high flow cannula may be needed to reduce breathing difficulty.
