My baby boy is 21 days old. Sometimes during sleeping he breathes heavily. And the diaphragm region becomes up and down heavily. I have attached a picture. This mainly happens after breastfeeding. He is on exclusive breastfeeding. After feeding his abdomen becomes swallowed. Is it due to gas or he may have some issue in GI. How to identify if he has some GI issue. His birth weight was 3.36 kg and now he is 3.6 kg. Can you please check the photo and confirm whether he has some issue or not.

It seems normal .babies have large abdomen as compared to chest. More over child has got good weight gain.
Burp after feeding so any swallowed gas will be expelled.
