Breathing abnormality

Asked for Male, 22 Years

When I take a deep breath and while exhaling I feel a click alike feel in my chest. I smoke 1-2 cigarettes a day. Should I have my lungs checked? Or is it related to any other problem? I have been smoking since last 2 years or so.
