My daughter is 13 and her left breast is well developed. The right breasts nipple still has not developed.

Don’t worry she is still growing Wait for another 5 years for full development Also nature has made every thing asymmetrical so there might be slight asymmetry in everything though if its gross even after full development than action needs to be taken Ur daughter is just 13 wait until she becomes 18
