Breastpain and constipation

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I've breastpain and constipation since 15-20 days. I'm already on thyroid medication. I have been taking Thyronorm 25mcg since 2.5 years. Now my TSH level has increased despite taking medicine...it has come to be 5.98. So shall I increase the dose of thyronorm?
