Breastmilk still not dried
My baby is 1 year old and i stopped breast feeding 6 months ago as i had very less milk. Even 6 months post weaning, i am able to hand express breast milk (not sure of how much milk is in) . I could also see a bit of blood along with drops of milk. Is this a serious problem that i visit my gynaecology personally and get checked or should i wait and see if milk dries up and it wont bleed .

Please don't press the breast so much that blood should come out. You may consult with a Gynaecologist on Practo for further management.

Be gentle. Use a breast pump instead of manual Expression. If blood from nipple recurs then consult a gynaecologist/ general surgeon for breast examination
