Breastfeeding while pregnant
Our daughter is 11 months old and my wife is 3 months pregnant. It was an unexpected pregnancy. Now, we are trying to stop feeding for our baby. as a first step day time feeding has been stopped. but it is very difficult to stop night time feeding as our baby used to sleep by feeding only. baby is getting furious and cries abnormally when some herbal items applied on nipple to discourage her. My wife is emotionally stressed due to this. she want to continue feeding further.
1. Is it okay to continue breastfeeding while pregnant? will it cause any harm to baby inside or mother?
2. will stopping of feeding cause any issues to our 11 month old baby?
