Iron and folic acid will not have any impact on first baby. Since your 1st baby is already 6months old so all you can do is decrease the frequency of feeds , I mean frequency of breast feeding; because you must have started weaning

Health Tips
Ask her to take rest, eat timely and practice yoga or some sort of exercise

It won't have any impact on your first baby's health but since it has been 9months already,it's better to start weaning.
