Breastfeeding problem
I have delivered a baby girl on 6 oct 2020 but due section delivery i was unable to breastfeed her for 2 days now my breasts have been engorged.what sholuld i do??

Do hot fomentation and express extra milk manually till breasts become soft. Put the baby to the breast every 2 to 3 hours for half an hour each time.

Do hot formentation and remove milk.
Feed the baby every 2 hrly and then on demand too.
