Hi There will be slight discomfort and pain when your are lactating in your breast to improve your breast milk try to intake good diet and good water intake as well try to feed your baby very frequent so that sucking reflex will help in expressing more milk you can try Ayurvedic medicine such as shatavari to improve your lactation

Check your diet.. Add jira water and jira milk in simple diet... melted ghee around 2 to 3 tsp along with every food also helps..need details to suggest specifically...
