  4. Breastfeeding. Express it in between?

My daughter is 8 months old, I have resumed my work. I feed my daughter only in the morning and night times, I don't express milk in between. Is there any harm in feeding only in morning and night times, does the quality of  Breastmilk reduce if I don't express it in between?
