I am a mother of twins of 1 year old. I used to breastfeed them. I had vitamin d deficiency for that i had taken 1 dose in injection form 25 days back. Orthopadic advised me to discontinue breastfeeding. Then i had corona 20 days back, had to stop breastfeeding. Now i am covid negative. Should i continue breastfeeding?i wish to for another 6 months, what should i eat if i continue that?

U can breast feed the baby.... Balanced diet to be taken which includes protein, fat, carbohydrates and fiber....

You can start breastfeeding...and u can take mixed diet.protein rich food.can consume calcium D3 tab for 1month.
