How to know when baby is full while breastfeeding as he doesn't show anything that he has enough milk. He is 17 days old he has normal pee and poop. My nipple some pores seems to be clogged so I think he needs to be suck more time than usual. Kindly suggest some remedies for opening pores of nipple.

Is baby feels well and sound asleep with normal motion and urine then the feeding is good enough for him but then you should check the weight of the baby as well

Usually 10mts on each breast is enough.
Pores in nipple will open as the baby sucks. No need to do anything extra.
