Breastfeeding
Hi I have tried everything (lactare tablet ,garlic granules) eating green veg, and whatever is mentioned as important for breast milk secretion But nothing worked. Please suggest.

You can try peri norm tablet (10mg) twice a day to increase milk . Can take upto 7 days. Try adding fox nut in diet(Makhan a)

First of all relax.... A calm mother is better for the baby.... We need a few more details about how old is the baby ..

but in mean time... increase your water intake and also Lotus seeds(makhaane) are good for breast milk.... also try almond milk with ghee ( hareera)

I can suggest only one thing, please don't starve the baby. If nothing is working then, in addition to breastfeeding, please also give top feeds to the baby. Baby is already trying his best to get maximum milk from the mother.
