Breastfeeding experience
I am breastfeeding mom to 2 month old baby. Earlier I had good supply of milk as milk was flows like fountain which is now doesn't seem to be happen. But my sons weight gain suggest that he is getting enough milk. Does Epsom salt will help to clear surface of nipple as only 3 to 4 pores has opened yet. How can I use Epsom salt does it really help?

This light little modification in your diet and few supplements you can increase milk production. And till you child is gaining weight your milk production is sufficient.
