Breast tenderness and frequent urination

Hello Doctor, I had my periods on January 20 and had protected sex(used condoms) on Jan 28. My next period was on Feb 13(6 days early), which was for 3(heavy) days. March 15 I got my period for 3 to 4(heavy) days. And recently on April 11 I got my periods for 5 days which was heavier and darker in color. Now I have observed few changes in body like my breasts are getting little bigger and frequent urination(every one hour). Can you please tell me if it is my normal period or am I pregnant.

You won’t get periods if you are pregnant. Get an ultrasound pelvis done. Also do TSH, prolactin, urine routine. Drink plenty of water
