My breast in nipples lower area some feel hardness and they pain.than I will there massage some seconds and they have normally area No hardness and no pain.so I want know .why this .and what a problem

Hello.. Well it might be the glands you are feeling. So..And the pain might be there realted to your menstrual cycle..But still I would suggest you to meet a general surgeon and get yourself examined first ..Thank you
