  4. Breast pain. Guide me why it happens.

Since a long time I am experiencing pain in my breast a mild pain ,it starts and stops anytime , sometimes it happens before my menstrual cycle and sometimes at the time of cycle, and sometimes it lasts for weeks ,please guide me why it happens.

Nothing to worry this may be because of hormonal imbalanced, do self examination of breast for any lump if doubt please do usg breast, take tablet emanzen d for 2 times a day for two days if no relief please reach out.

Do a self breast palpitation do find any lumps in the breast If there are lumps or if you have family history of breast cancer then get ultrasound bilateral breast done with Birad’s grading
Next Steps
If ultrasound is normal start Cap Primosa 1000 mg once a day for three months Cap Evion 400 mg once a day for three months
