Breast pain non cyclical
I was having severe pain left side and the pain radiates to left armpit and hand . I went to the gynac she examined and found bilateral discharge from nipple which was almost clear to milky ... Then i checked my prolactin level and it was 18 ..i took medicine but pain was not  relieved even after my periods..So , I did USG bilateral and small cysts where found and on my left breast mastitis was found...what to do next? Is there any chance of inflammatory breast cancer? I am unmarried and non nursing

Hi. Severe pain on your left breast may be due to mastitis. If left untreated it can lead to increased infection and pus formation. Pls visit your gynaecologist as soon as possible and get yourself treated. According to your USG you it’s not cancer.
