M 25,i often have breast pain b4tendays of my period.i also feel faint rarely, n ive minor hair fall also.my breast size increase in this duration and again come to normal but the pain is unbearable .There is no blood or liquid from my nipple. But in this duration i can't even allow my husband to touch mybody. is it a sign of cancer.Nowaight change
