Breast pain in left side
I have breast pain and under arm for past 3 days on left side.
I examined and not sure of lumps as I am unable to differentiate between breast tissue and lumps.
I am lactating mom, and expecting periods this week.
Please suggest if it could cancer symptoms or something

If you are a lactating mom you will not be able to feel much by way of self examination.
I suggest you take some painkillers for the time being. You may consult a General Surgeon or your Gynaecologist (who helped you with the delivery).
Further diagnosis will come from Sonomammography. If there is a suspicious lesion you may need FNAC
