Im a breast feeding mom of a 1 month old. From past 2 days nerves around my left nipple hurts a lot. This happens during feeding and also after that...the area hurts when touched..

It might be cracked nipple or wrong latch. Apply coconut oil or Lanolin cream for cracked nipple. And put some cold compression to reduce pain. Also see if your baby needs to correct latching. If these changes didn’t help you or pain worsens then you might need to see your gynecologist or lactation specialist in your area
