Breast pain

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I am xyz and of 22 years. I have been feeling pain in my breast for last 3 or 4 years. Sometimes it becomes severe before menstrual period and becomes mild after 10 or 25 days. And when i press my breast i feel there is tumors like structure inside. What could be the problems? Please do tell. I will be thankful to you.. !!

The premenstrual changes in hormones oestrogen and progesterone causes pain and heaviness and some lumps inside the breasts . There is nothing to worry until they don't cause difficulty in your routine life, if no discharge from the lips, and if it's not unilateral. However for the pain u can take mild analgesic like a Calpol tablets. However this is just an advice and for better evaluation initiate an online paid consultation or visit a gynae.
