  4. Breast pain. Can you please suggest?

Breast pain
I am feeling pain in my breasts especially before periods every month. Earlier it was fine but it is happening for last 4-5 months regularly. It's feel like heavy and swelling around it. Periods also are not on time and delaying 10 days every month. Can you please suggest? Thanks
