Hi, I have a swallowing on my breast and turned out red near nipples ,it also pains when come in contact with any thing also it makes difficult in wearing dress.

Hey, you need to consult surgeon as it could be infection of nipple ,chances of abcess formation is more so better consult surgeon or gynaecologist
