Asked for Female, 22 Years

Hey, so i have seen heavy leg breast pain during the time when my periods is going to happen. Have found some hard tissues while self examiningbut upon checking, nothing came as cancer. Can you tell me any possible reason for this. N i had a minor accident n my left breast jas bumped into the steering wheel some 2-3 yrs ago. So a black bruise like colour patch was formed on my left breast. And this pain is really hard, that tissue too but mo sign of caner, so can you pls help me knowing something more or this. That should i be checking up again or not amd maintaining diet.
