Breast pain

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hello doctor, I am having breast pain since last 2 months. It is bearable and feels only when i press them, in fact are swelled up a little. I feel it more when my periods are close. After period pain is not there but it starts again after a week and continues till next period. I don't find any lump but i am not sure. Please suggest if it is normal and not something i should be concerned about.

Pain is due to pre menstruation syndrome.In PMS pain starts usually 7_10 days before period and subside after starting the bleeding.Before period you have to stop tea, coffee and less fluid.
