I am a new feeding  mom since 3 months..am having pain in my nipple right which is bigger in size..feeling little pain and recently got small white pimple on it.

White pimples means little infection most probably fungal infection.Meet to gynaecologist and get examined by her.Donot feed with that breast.Hot fomentation and pain killer you can try.
